Professor Andrew J Hacker is Founder of ThoughtAI, a novel Artificial Intelligence platform leveraging patented “self-aware” information, complex adaptive systems, and blockchain. ThoughtAI’s mission is to make all digital information “self-aware” using a bottom-up approach to enrich data and increase value for companies and organizations that depend on information insight. Collections of bits resemble digital neurons or a hive of digital honey bees to produce powerful AI/ML algorithms that learn and have memory. Professor Hacker is also Cybersecurity Expert in Residence at Harrisburg University where he is helping to further the University’s position as a recognized world class institution in Cybersecurity.

Mr Hacker is the former Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where he implemented and improved cybersecurity programs state-wide, created enterprise security strategies, standards and policies, enhanced overall application security, and was responsible for risk management and compliance across the commonwealth. Mr Hacker has publications in Network World, Information Week, Help Net Security and appears regularly as Cybersecurity Expert on FOX, NBC and CBS news affiliates locally and nationally.
