This registration form collects your name, position, company/organization, address, telephone, email address, so that our support team can communicate with you and provide you with any assistance regarding your participation at the ΑΙ ΙΑ Forum 2021. Where AI IA NPO receives any personal data it ensures that it fully complies with the provisions of the Regulation. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

With this provision of my personal data, I expressly and unambiguously declare that I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data by AI IA NPO. These data will be used for statistical purposes and for communicating promotional material. I hereby acknowledge and agree that AI IA NPO may process my personal data. I also agree to receive information regarding AI IA events. By agreeing to participate in one of our events as a sponsor, exhibitor or delegate, personal information is used in connection with the organization of the event, to handle payments or for other purposes, as is necessary for the organization of the event. We use your personal information to maintain our databases, assess your qualities as a sponsor or exhibitor, promote events and encourage further engagement at our events, as part of the legitimate interests we have as a commercial organization. We will use your personal information to send you newsletters or other marketing e-mails to keep you up to date with our news, events and products and services that may be of interest.

DELEGATES’ LIST

The profiles and a list of registered participants will be available on the event’s webpage/platform prior, during and after the Forum. By registering for the event, I consent to my first and last name, job title and company to be included in the participants’ list and the chat feature of the platform. Ι also agree to my contact data being passed to sponsors and exhibitors to contact me as a follow-up from my attendance of event “AI IA 2021 Forum” organized by AI IA NPO. Use of your contact data is governed by the sponsor’s/exhibitor’s Privacy Policy.

COPYRIGHT – DISCLAIMER

The AI IA 2021 Forum will be web-streamed and may be recorded, all of which will be visible to the public. Speakers or participants at the AI IA 2021 Forum who do not agree to photographing, filming and use of their image and voice, have to inform AI IA NPO before they complete their registration, at privacy@ai-action.org. By accepting to participate at the event, you confirm that you agree with copyright information and you consent that the Organizers may use your data, image and voice collected within the context of the event, as described.
