Mantalena Kaili is a policy advisor and founder of the non-profit platform ‘MADE’ that provides strategic communications and social entrepreneurship consulting services and manages social innovation projects, that cover issues of human rights, children protection, women empowerment, art and tech, AgTech  and ecology, startups , maritime economics and educational programmes for creative thinking.

M.Kaili holds an LLM with specialisation on Maritime and International Commercial Law, from City Law School London UK.

The main initiative that currently developed as a founder and executive director, is the establishment of European law Observatory on New Technologies-ELONTech: An initiative for professionals and researchers of law and tech, that monitors the european regulatory work on new technologies and the digital transformation of Justice.
